In collaboration with renowned florist - Simon Lycette we produced a large scale fabricated steel centre piece for the world famous royal chelsea flower show. The piece shows the outline of Queen Elizabeth in silhouette and holds numerous potted floral arrangements.
Conceptual design by Sheila ..... at S2 events, with further design work and 3D modelling carried out by me. Laser cutting out sourced, all welding and additional fabrication carried out in house at S2 by me with assistance from a second fabricator. Powder coating outsourced.
Fabricated in two sections, using 10mm sheet steel throughout with two central pillars in 8mm wall square tube, sleeved and bolted to allow seperation of the two sections for transport. On-site assembly using a Hiab crane.
On site installation co-managed by me.
